الخدمة وقبول الشروط

رابط خدمة تقدمها يمامة للبرمجيات. تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام الموقع والخدمة. بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام الخدمة فإنك توافق عليها، ويجب أن يكون ممثل المنشأة مخولاً. يتقدم العقد الموقع المنفصل فيما ينص صراحة على اختلافه. للاستفسار قبل الاستخدام راسل [email protected].

الحساب والاستخدام المسموح

قدّم معلومات صحيحة واحمِ وسائل الدخول واستخدم الصلاحيات المعتمدة فقط. يدير مسؤولو المنشأة الدعوات والأدوار. يُحظر تجاوز الأمان أو إساءة استخدام بيانات الآخرين أو انتهاك الحقوق أو نشر مواد غير مشروعة أو تعطيل الخدمة. تبقى مسؤولاً عن المحتوى والصلاحيات التي تقدمها.

مسؤوليات خاصة بالمنتج

تحتاج مشاركة الشاشة والتسجيلات والملفات المرفوعة إلى الحقوق والإشعارات المناسبة للأشخاص والمحتوى المعني. تجنب نشر المحتوى الحساس على شاشات عامة. تسري التزامات الأجهزة والتركيب والدعم عندما يتضمنها طلبك.

الطلبات والدفع والإلغاء

تسري الخطة والمبلغ والعملة والضرائب ودورة الفوترة والأجهزة والتجديد والتسليم المعروضة عند الدفع أو المتفق عليها صراحة في العرض أو الطلب. طلب التواصل أو التسجيل في قائمة الانتظار وحده لا ينشئ طلباً مدفوعاً. الدفع التجريبي ليس شراءً حقيقياً ولا اشتراكاً إنتاجياً. لا تُكمل الطلب إذا كانت معلومة تجارية لازمة غير واضحة؛ تواصل معنا أولاً. يحتاج التجديد إلى التفويض المتفق عليه. تُراجع طلبات الإلغاء والاسترداد والاستبدال والضمان وفق الطلب والنظام الواجب التطبيق. لا تسقط هذه الشروط حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية ولا تضيف رسوماً مخفية للإلغاء.

المحتوى والخصوصية والجهات الأخرى

تحتفظ بحقوق محتواك وتسمح بالمعالجة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة وتنفيذ تعليماتك. توضح سياسة الخصوصية معالجة البيانات الشخصية. تختار ربط خدمات أخرى وتسري شروطها وحدود توفرها أيضاً. تسجيل الدخول بـGoogle لا يمنح صلاحيات تكامل إضافية. يعتمد تنفيذ الدفع على مزود الدفع. لا ندعي اعتماداً أو تأييداً من Google أو Microsoft أو Apple.

التوفر وتعليق الخدمة وإنهاء الاستخدام

قد تتطلب الميزات أجهزة متوافقة أو اتصالاً أو خطة مفعلة أو تكاملاً منفصلاً. لا يمثل العرض التجريبي أو خارطة الطريق تعهداً بتوفر الميزة لحسابك. قد نجري صيانة أو تغييرات ونبلغ العملاء المتأثرين بالتغييرات الجوهرية عند الاقتضاء. قد نقيد الاستخدام غير المشروع أو المسيء أو غير الآمن مع إشعار متى أمكن. يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام والتواصل لإغلاق حسابك ومناقشة التصدير والحذف والتزامات الطلب القائمة.

المسؤولية والشكاوى

نبذل العناية المعقولة لتقديم الخدمة. لا يستبعد أي بند مسؤولية أو وسيلة انتصاف لا يجوز استبعادها نظاماً. أي مستوى خدمة أو حد مسؤولية متفق عليه يُرجع فيه إلى الطلب أو العقد الموقع المعني. للشكاوى تواصل أولاً عبر [email protected]. يسري النظام السعودي حيث يكون واجب التطبيق مع حفظ الحماية الإلزامية وحق اللجوء للجهة أو المحكمة المختصة. نؤرخ التعديلات الجوهرية هنا ونبلغ بها عند لزوم ذلك، ولا تعيد كتابة طلب مكتمل بأثر رجعي.

Service and acceptance

Rabeit is provided by Yamama Software. These terms govern use of this website and service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms; a person acting for an organization must be authorized. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly differs. Contact [email protected] before use if you need clarification.

Accounts and permitted use

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and use only authorized access. Organization administrators manage invitations and roles. Do not bypass security, misuse another person’s data, infringe rights, distribute unlawful material or disrupt the service. You remain responsible for the content and permissions you supply.

Product-specific responsibilities

Screen sharing, recordings and uploads require the rights and notices appropriate to the people and material involved. Keep sensitive content off public screens. Equipment, installation and support commitments apply only when included in your order.

Orders, payment and cancellation

Only the plan, amount, currency, tax, billing period, equipment, renewal and delivery conditions shown at checkout or expressly agreed in a quotation or order apply. A contact request or waitlist entry alone does not place a paid order. A test payment is not a real purchase or a production subscription. Do not proceed if a required commercial detail is unclear; contact support first. Renewal requires the agreed authorization. Cancellation, refund, replacement and warranty requests are assessed under the applicable order and mandatory law. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights or add an undisclosed cancellation fee.

Your content, privacy and third parties

You keep your rights in your content and authorize the processing needed to provide the service and follow your instructions. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. You choose whether to connect third-party services; their terms and availability also apply. Google sign-in does not grant extra integration permissions. Payment processing depends on the payment provider. We do not claim affiliation or endorsement by Google, Microsoft or Apple.

Availability, suspension and ending use

Features can depend on compatible devices, connectivity, an enabled plan or a separate integration. Demo and roadmap displays are not a commitment that a feature is available in your account. We may maintain or change the service and notify affected customers of material changes where appropriate. We may restrict unlawful, abusive or insecure use and provide notice where practicable. You may stop use and contact support to close your account and address export, deletion and any outstanding order obligations.

Responsibility and disputes

We take reasonable care in providing the service. No clause removes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any agreed service levels or liability limits must come from your applicable order or signed agreement. Contact [email protected] first about complaints. Saudi law applies where legally applicable, without removing mandatory protections or access to a competent authority or court. Material changes to these terms are dated here and communicated when required; they do not retroactively rewrite a completed order.
